Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Pinot Noir are my favorites. I was not always a red wine lover but like most things in life, we get better at them with practice! Today, I enjoy red wine with dinner, and maybe a sip while preparing the meal.
The good news is that we have the green light on this beverage, as long as we keep it to one glass a day!

Added Bonus: a cup of red wine in any beef dish, particularly beef stew or stroganoff is a game changer!
