Day 1:

Eggs, spinach, orange, GF toast

string cheese, applesauce

Blackbean turkey chili, baked potato, broccoli, orange

Smoothie with strawberries and banana

GF pasta with sausage, tomato, basil, parm cheese, green beans

Popcorn, tea

Day 2:

Cream of Rice with milk, blueberries, walnuts

Hard boiled egg, orange

Grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese

peanut butter and banana

Glazed chicken and mushrooms, asparagus, mashed garlic cauliflower

Popcorn, tea

Day 3:

GF Waffles, strawberries, hardboiled egg

Dried nuts, apricots

Hummus wrap with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese

Grapes and trail mix

Steak, baked potato and zucchini

LF Vanilla Icecream, tea

Day 4:

GF Bagel, peanut butter, banana

Yogurt and berries

Caprese salad, grapes, GF crackers

Popcorn, string cheese

Salmon, brown rice, spinach

Dark Chocolate, tea

Day 5:

GF Breakfast burrito with egg, peppers shredded cheese\melon

Peanut butter and apple slices

Tuna salad and romaine , orange

Trail mix

Pork loin, mashed potatoes, Broccoli

Pudding, tea

Day 6:

Scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, melon

Celery and peanut butter with raisins
