Almond Blueberry Protein Muffins
These Wild Blueberry Muffins, are well Perfection! So much Summer in them. Devour!
2 cups blueberries
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Vanilla flavored whey protein powder
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 stick butter
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together the flour, protein powder, baking powder.
In another bowl mix butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Fold in dry ingredients. Add in blueberries.
After scooping into a muffin pan, top with sliced almonds
Bake for 20-23 minutes.
