Strawberry Mango Avocado Salsa~


Summer is now officially here and this fresh mouth watering salsa is going to be a staple in my fridge! Love it on a grilled chicken breast, or with nacho chips. Can be made up to 8 hours before serving stored in the fridge.

Ingredients:

3 cups Diced Strawberries

1 ripe Avocado, diced

1 cup Diced Mango

1/2 cup Diced Red Onion

1/4 cup chopped Cilantro

5 T Fresh Lime Juice

1 T Sea Salt

* May substitute Lemon Juice and Fresh Mint if you prefer*
