*Springy Yummy Salad*

Wow! This is Delish! Make it on Sunday and eat it all week! You will be so glad you did! Promise!!
Ingredients:
1 bunch Asparagus spears
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 Avocado, sliced
2 Eggs, hard boiled, sliced
1 cup marinated Artichoke hearts
1 bunch Radishes
6 slices Bacon
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
Feta/Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4 TBSP Lemon juice
2 TBSP Honey
2 Garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
