Kick your cold ( to the curb) Tea

I love this tea! Especially this time of year, when the last thing anyone needs or expects heading into Spring is a nasty cold. Try this out, honestly you will feel relief!

The calming, comforting spices are anti-inflammatory and will clear congestion.

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1 Tbsp coconut oil

2 Tbsp honey

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp clove

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

 

Heat the milk on medium, add all spices. Reduce heat to low , simmer 10 minutes. Add in Coconut oil and Honey. Blend on high for 30 seconds if desired.
