Hello World!

I am beyond excited to jump in to the online world, and start sharing some of the exciting things I have been up too!

I will soon elaborate more on my Health Coaching Programs that I have been working on, including the 14 day Detox Cleanse, and the 30 Day Body Transformation. These are both fun and can be easily followed for beautiful results, inside and out!

Focusing on all aspects of your life including Diet, Nutrition, Exercise, Spiritual and Financial are the keys to accomplishing your ideal weight and fitness goals. It is fascinating to learn how the human brain influences the body with fear coping mechanisms, we all have to work together to change our thinking, always facing those dark areas where we know what we have to do, but need a push taking the first step.

I find after I do jump in and begin what I am fearful of, the situation changes dramatically. I realize that the fear I was holding regarding the situation was actually far more scarier then the actual doing. Learning how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and get out of my comfort zone has been a life changer for me. Making a game out of accomplishing what scary thing my mind is avoiding can become exciting, it sure beats living in fear of the unknown.

I am also going to be sharing several of my favorite recipes, including delish breakfast smoothies, so everyone can see how easy and healthy a great start to your day can be!

I start off every work day with a nutritious green smoothie packed with protein. It really does fill me up and not too shabby that I can check off 1-2 veggie servings ( anything green I have in the fridge usually spinach, or kale), and 1-2 fruit servings ( banana, berries, grapes), add a scoop of whey protein, tablespoon of flax or chia seeds, along with almond milk, topped off with ice…yummy!

As Spring is getting closer and closer, we all are trying to get outside more and grab as much Vitamin D as we can possibly soak in! (Don’t skip the sunblock)…the days are at last becoming longer to allow us some morning and evening walks, or runs if you prefer. I try and get out at lunchtime with my gal pals to get some much needed head space, and of course get the arms and legs swinging! It breaks up my day being spent inside the office, as well as a late afternoon walk does as well, nothing can compare to stealing 10 minutes of fresh air time.
