Spring Chickpea Salad

3 c. chickpeas, rinsed

4 green onions, sliced

1 pt cherry tomatoes

3 Tbsp fresh basil

chopped chives

3 Tbsp EVO

2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp honey

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 lime, juiced

Salt & Pepper

 

Combine all ingredients, toss, enjoy
