Apple Cider Glazed Chicken

 1 large sweet potato, peeled & cubed 

2 apples sliced                                                                               Combine potato, apple and rosemary, add salt and pepper. Drizzle w/

2 Tbsp olive oil                                                                                olive oil. Sear chicken for 2 min, add to skillet cider, honey , mustard

2 Tbsp fresh rosemary chopped                                                 butter. Return chicken to skillet. Add potato apple & rosemary and 

6 bone in chicken thighs                                                              transfer to oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.   

2/3 c. apple cider

2 Tbsp honey 

1 Tbsp grainy mustard

1 Tbsp butter
